Purchases paid by credit card will be refunded to the same original payment method.

Purchases paid by bank transfer and Pix will be refunded by bank transfer or Pix to the account provided by the customer.

Other forms of payment will be refunded according to the payment method made by the customer

Set Wonder reserves the right to refuse a refund in the following cases:

 

Products or services that do not meet the eligibility conditions specified above.

Products or services that have been customized according to customer specifications.

Products or services purchased during a promotion or final sale, unless they are defective or not as described.
