Ingredients
Salt to taste
100 gr of black olives
1 piece of red pepper in thin strips
12 boiled, shelled quail eggs
1/2 bunch of arugula
1/2 bunch of iceberg lettuce
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
How to do it
1. Fry the garlic in olive oil until golden. Remove from the heat, mix in the salt and let it cool.
2. Arrange the leaves in a salad bowl, distribute the whole or halved eggs, pepper and olives.
3. Drizzle with the fried garlic and olive oil.
